Justin Everley is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Shred Ventures (GSV), a developer of next-generation leisure infrastructure focused on scalable adventure sports platforms. Justin has held senior leadership roles across the leisure, sport, and hospitality sectors, with expertise in developing and commercialising destination-led experiences.
Justin played a central role in the development of Adventure Parc Snowdonia, transforming it into one of the UK’s leading multi-activity leisure destinations, incorporating an inland surf lagoon, a Hilton Garden Inn hotel, indoor adventure facilities, and a premium spa.
Justin has also led large-scale transformation programmes within publicly funded organisations, including his most recent role at Plas Menai (The National Outdoor Centre of Wales), where he drove financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and audience growth.
