We work together with Conwy County Borough Council’s Housing Strategy Team to be able to offer affordable housing for local people.
We have converted the former Care Connect office, above the Y Fron Community Centre, into 2, two-bedroom flats that will be available for intermediate rent. The rents are around twenty per cent less than the same type of property in the private sector.
Our conversion plans took into account complementing and protecting the privacy of the surrounding housing and community centre. The flats have separate access and parking areas from the community centre.
